The short answer
Cypress is one of the fastest-growing communities in the Houston metro. Master-planned developments like Bridgeland, Cypress Creek Lakes, Towne Lake, and Miramesa have brought tens of thousands of builder-grade garage floors online — bare concrete slabs that were never designed as a finished surface. We coat garages, patios, commercial spaces, and interior floors throughout Cypress and the surrounding Cy-Fair area. 15-year installation warranty on every install.

02 · Why Cypress
Most Cypress housing was built between the early 2000s and today. The majority of garage floors in Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Cypress Creek Lakes, and surrounding communities are relatively new concrete — structurally sound but completely unprotected. Builder-grade slabs stain from car fluids, dust from surface wear, and develop hairline cracks as the underlying Beaumont clay shifts with seasonal moisture.
We install two systems in Cypress: our 2-day hybrid with standard-cure 100% solids epoxy that fully cross-links overnight, and our 1-day fast-cure for same-day installs. Same flake, same polyaspartic topcoat, same 15-year installation warranty. Real epoxy chemistry on both — not polyurea shortcuts sold as “epoxy.”
03 · How we build it
Cracks, moisture content, previous coatings, and signs of clay-soil movement common across Cypress.
Diamond grinders open the concrete pores for proper adhesion. No acid etching.
Filled and smoothed before any material goes down.
Chemical resistance, UV stability, long-term durability.
04 · FAQ
Absolutely. New Cypress homes come with bare concrete garage floors never intended as a finished surface. That slab will start collecting stains, tire marks, and general wear within the first few months. Coating it early protects the concrete while it is still in good condition. A proper epoxy garage floor coating system turns a raw builder-grade slab into a durable, easy-to-clean surface.
Minimum 28 days to cure. In Cypress’ consistently high humidity, we often recommend longer based on moisture meter readings taken during slab evaluation. Coating uncured concrete traps moisture and leads to adhesion failure. We will not proceed until the slab is ready.
Pricing depends on square footage, slab condition, and system selected. Many Bridgeland, Towne Lake, and Cypress Creek Lakes homes have oversized two- and three-car garages ranging from 500 to 800+ square feet. Flake systems start at $5/sq ft, metallic at $9/sq ft, with a $1,500 project minimum. Free on-site estimates: 713-309-6589.
Cypress sits on expansive Beaumont clay that swells with moisture and contracts during dry periods, producing hairline cracks over time. It does not disqualify your floor from being coated. During slab evaluation, we assess any cracking or movement and perform targeted repairs before the coating goes down.
Our standard epoxy base plus polyaspartic topcoat is the best fit for new Cypress builds. Epoxy provides bond strength and chemical resistance; polyaspartic adds UV stability and a hard, glossy finish. For additional texture, add decorative flake or go with metallic epoxy.
